You also have the option to purchase supplemental life and AD&D insurance coverage for you and eligible family members.
  • 401(k) savings plan with company match — Save up to 50% of your base salary—tax-free—up to IRS limits. You become vested in the matching contributions (the amount URW contributes) over time, but you always have the right to the amount you contribute and any earnings on them.
  • Company-paid short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) insurance — Receive financial support if you’re unable to work due to a non-work related illness or injury.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — Manage your personal and financial issues with a free confidential counseling and referral program.
  • Holidays and paid time off (PTO/Vacation) — Because everyone needs time away for work, URW provides you with nine paid holidays. Non-exempt employees receive 15 days of PTO/Vacation, each year for the first 5 years of employment, and 20 days of PTO/vacation per year thereafter. Exempt employees participate in the Time Away From Work program. This allows eligible employees the flexibility to take planned and approved time away without restriction to annual allotted hours.
  • Paid Sick Time (PST) — In case of a personal or family illness, URW also provides up to 80 hours of Paid Sick Time (PST) each year.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Commuter Benefits Account — Save money by setting aside pretax earnings to pay for eligible expenses.
